چکیده

Establishing and implementation of a whole network in real time scenario is very difficult. It is too much time consuming and costly to deploy a complete test bed component containing multiple networks (computers, routers and data links) to validate and verify a certain network protocol or a specific network algorithm for wired and wireless network. A widespread methodology is used for verifying, testing and analyzing the results of network based on network simulation. A network simulation is a technique where the program models the behavior of a network either by calculating the interaction between the different network entities (hosts, packets, etc.) using mathematical formulas, or actually capturing and playing back observations from a production network. The network simulation is performed by network simulation tool is referred to as network simulator. A network simulator is a piece of software or hardware that predicts the behavior of a network without an actual network being present. During the past years, varieties of network simulation tools have been developed in the field of communication. In this paper, network simulation tools namely NS3, NS2, OMNet++, NetSim, OPNET, REAL, J-Sim, QualNet have been compared and a comparison study between two simulators namely NS3 and NS2 has been conducted. Index Terms – J-Sim, Network Simulator, NetSim, NS2, NS3, OMNet++, OPNET, QuealNet, REAL, Simulation. This paper is presented at International Conference on Recent Trends in Computer and information Technology Research on 25& 26 September (2015) conducted by B. S. A Conserved NS3 Surface Patch Orchestrates NS2 Protease Stimulation, NS5A Hyperphosphorylation and HCV Genome Replication

Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is a leading cause of liver disease worldwide. The HCV RNA genome is translated into a single polyprotein. Most of the cleavage sites in the non-structural (NS) polyprotein region are processed by the NS3/NS4A serine protease. The vital NS2-NS3 cleavage is catalyzed by the NS2 autoprotease. For efficient processing at the NS2/NS3 site, the NS2 cysteine protease...

Qos Aware Energy Efficient Routing In Wireless Sensor Networks

Energy is a critical resource parameter in Wireless Sensor Networks. Utilizing energy in an efficient manner is a challenging task in Wireless Sensor Networks. This paper presents an overview on various energy efficient routing protocols which satisfies the criteria of QoS parameters. Various energy efficient and QoS based routing protocols have been compared. To improve the QoS in a network, d...

Hepatitis C virus NS2 is a protease stimulated by cofactor domains in NS3.

Chronic infection with hepatitis C virus (HCV) affects 130 million people worldwide and is a major cause of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. After translation of the HCV RNA genome into a polyprotein, 2 viral proteases process its non-structural protein (NS) region. While the essential chymotrypsin-like serine protease NS3-4A mediates all cleavages downstream of NS3, the NS2-3 cysteine proteas...

A search for RNA insertions and NS3 gene duplication in the genome of cytopathic isolates of bovine viral diarrhea virus.

Calves born persistently infected with non-cytopathic bovine viral diarrhea virus (ncpBVDV) frequently develop a fatal gastroenteric illness called mucosal disease. Both the original virus (ncpBVDV) and an antigenically identical but cytopathic virus (cpBVDV) can be isolated from animals affected by mucosal disease. Cytopathic BVDVs originate from their ncp counterparts by diverse genetic mecha...

Compensatory mutations in E1, p7, NS2, and NS3 enhance yields of cell culture-infectious intergenotypic chimeric hepatitis C virus.

There is little understanding of mechanisms underlying the assembly and release of infectious hepatitis C virus (HCV) from cultured cells. Cells transfected with synthetic genomic RNA from a unique genotype 2a virus (JFH1) produce high titers of virus, while virus yields are much lower with a prototype genotype 1a RNA containing multiple cell culture-adaptive mutations (H77S). To characterize t...
